My expertise is Home Inspections. I am not certified to do termite inspections or mold inspections. But if I see any indication of either I will tell you and recommend you have a certified techician evaulate it.

I would recommend you have a termite inspection and make sure if there is a septic tank that it is certified by a septic techician.

I do a lot more than the Standards of Practice require. If you have a concern, tell me and I will take a special look at it. If I find something that needs correction and you have it corrected I will go back if you want me to and check to make sure the corrections were done and done right.
