TERMITE INSPECTIONS

Termite Inspections cost about $75.00 plus a $8.00 filing fee for the State of Arizona. The cost varies a little with different Pest Control Companies.

It is a very good idea to have a Termite inspection. They do check for other things like wood rot, wood to earth contact, they will comment if mold is detected, moisture where it should not be in the crawl space and attic.

There are a lot of websites on the internet with information about termite infestation. But if you think you have termites, call a professional.

MOLD INSPECTIONS

Mold inspections are not cheap. You usually do not have to have a mold inspection unless the home inspector and/or the termite inspector find an indication of mold.

A Mold inspection will cost around $300.00 for 4 samples taken in a home and if more are needed they will be about $75.00 each for over 4.

And then if you want a written report that is another $200.00

SEPTIC INSPECTIONS

You should always have the septic system inspected and certified when buying a home with a septic system

A septic inspection cost about $100.00 but the tank will have to be pumped for a proper inspection and that will cost about $400.00 for a 1000 gallon tank.

SPECIALTY INSPECTIONS

ELECTRICAL / PLUMBING / HEATING,AIR CONDITIONING

To get someone to come out and inspect one of these system probably will cost about $75.00 and then if they do more it will be either by the job or hourly, whatever you work out with them.

Cleaning and service of a heating/air conditioning system will be anywhere from about $90.00 to $150.00
