COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS

My experience on Commercial Buildings is unsurpassed here in the White Mountains. I have actual worked on more commercial buildings than I have single family dwellings. The Bank of America tower in Dallas, Texas on the left is one I was involved with in the early 80's. Click for my RESUME.

Commercial Buildings consist of Motels & Lodges, Office Buildings, Store Buildings, Restaurants, Manufacturing Buildings, Airport Hangers, ETC.

My fees vary  for Commercial Buildings, they sometimes have a lot of square footage with only 1 or 2 bathrooms, maybe no kitchen at all and maybe a small break room with a sink and a microwave. Where Restaurants have a lot of kitchen for the square footage.
